Deal With The FEAR OF MISSING OUT. The "fear of missing out". It ain't a big deal for all of us to scroll through our social media feed and see some glamorous event taking place somewhere and feeling anxious about the fact that you can't be on that particular place. We gotta admit that we all feel jealous at some point of our life no matter how much we don't agree to admit or deny others, we know ourselves pretty well don't we?!... LETS DIVE INTO DETAILS. Tackle the cause. There are times when people don't even realize they are going through fomo and get worse or better as time passes. When we feel ignored by our community (friends, family, etc) that's when we have higher chances of having fomo. Sure it might not be as serious as it sounds but deep down it feels sad and depressing to be outcasted.
